Please be informed that the Department of Skills Development will carry out inspection visits Accredited Centres Under the National Skills Development Act 2006 (AKTA 652) Accredited Center Star Rating 2013. The visit aims to examine and evaluate accredited center next to the star rating of the program accredited by the rules and procedures set by the department. Evaluation will be performed on all programs that are still in the commissioning period. However the star rating will only be given to programs for women who received full approval only. Visits this examination will be held starting June 17, 2013 until August 30, 2013. All accredited centers are involved.

Accredited centers are requested to make their own assessment (self-check) to drill and fill out the evaluation form in Appendix B for each center Certified and Accredited Program Base Evaluation Form in Appendix B1 for each program that is accredited. Send the completed form must be submitted to the examiners with the supporting documents for review during inspection visits carried out. Inspection notification letter was sent to all accredited centers related.
