Question Development via Consolation Prize Advertisement


Please be informed that the Skills Development Department would like to invite all Expert Instructors/ Industry Experts who are interested in the development of skills training questions. The questions developed must meet the requirements set forth in the Guidelines for Development of Skills Training Questions which is currently in use. Consolation payment will be given for each question that fulfills the specification set forth by the approved rates as follows:

Types of knowledge assessment: objective/ short/ fill in the blanks and answer/ marking scheme.  10 20   30
Types of knowledge assessment: subjective and answer/ marking scheme.       50
Performance assessment and checklist/ marking scheme.        40

Remark:
Subject to the questions received by the Question Verification Committee. Questions received that are amended, the consolation rate is 50%.

TERMS OF APPLICATION:

Applicants must:

  • Be Expert Instructors/ Industry Experts appointed by CIAST or have at least 5 years experience as instructor of skills training institutes; and
  • Submit application to JPK by completing the Application Form to Be A Panelist for the Development/ Refinement of Skills Training Questions
