INFORMATION ON GST

Please be informed that the Federal Government Gazette on the Order of Goods and Services Tax (Exempt Supply) (Amended) 2015 [P.U. (A) 57] issued on 27 March 2015 has gazetted that the National Skills Development Act 2006 [Act 652] include GST exemption. This Government Gazette comes into force on 30 March 2015.

Attached together is the Federal Government Gazette on the Order of Goods and Services Tax (exempt Supply) (Amended) 2015 for the record.
