Please be informed from 2018 onwards, all procument for the development of Occupational Framework (OF), National Occupational Skills Standard ( NOSS) , Written Instruction Manual (WIM) & Questionnaire Items will only be conducted by engagement of consultancy services. Whoever is interested are required to register as a consultancy firm with the Ministry of Finance under codes 340105 and 340106.
