UTC Melaka

UTC is the abbreviation for Urban Transformation Centre. It is an effort and initiative of the Government to provide various main services of Government and private sector to the City community all in a one stop centre or within a building.    

UTC is also part of the Blue Ocean Strategy which was introduced to improve the quality of government services through the strategic cooperation between the various government agencies including the involvement of the private sector.
