i. Produce skilled workers to meet the needs of national industries through the accreditation of skills training programmes at accredited centres to and achieve a minimum of 90% completion of the accreditation processes within three (2) months for each application.
Achievement Statisticii. Processing all applications for the Recognition and Recognition of Certified Center Personnel (Instructor) and Personnel Assessment and Verification within 30 working days from the date the complete application is received
iii. To respond to public complaint within 3 days from date of complaint received.
